BARNWOOD Stain oxidizes wood, just like nature, to create the rustic barn wood brown in just one easy step!

​BARNWOOD stain can be applied 3 different ways.

For a light color, apply the stain and wipe it back off.

For a rich barnwood brown drench the wood and allow the oak to absorb the stain, turning color as it dries.

For an even darker look, apply multiple coats of stain to achieve your perfect shade.

It is an Interior a stain, suitable for hardwoods, soft woods, veneers, & reclaimed wood:

Rather than staining wood, Weatherwood's BARNWOOD stain oxidizes it, as nature would. BARNWOOD is used to create an authentic barn wood brown on most types of wood. Each coat of stain will darken and enhance the weathered wood look.

Suitable for hardwoods, soft woods, veneers, reclaimed wood and most tropical woods.

Colors are wood species dependent, so either experiment or use our color chart.

INTERIOR should cabinets, millwork seal with Varnish. Floors, seal with Polyurethane.

UNIFORMITY: Because WW is based on the natural tannins within the wood itself, resulting wood coloration, darkness, and possibly hue will vary from board to board creating a beautiful and natural display. Test several planks of each species to decide on highs and lows.
